Courses FAQ

Course Modes

Face-to-face mode. This is the traditional class-room mode with course participants attending a class room in the nominated location for the course.

Virtual mode. In the virtual mode, course participants join the course remotely from their own location via an online platform such as Microsoft Teams. The presenters present live via the platform and engage directly with attendees through the same medium.

Cancellation Policy

edVirtus Cancellation. Should there not be sufficient registrations for a course, edVirtus reserves the right to cancel the course up to five working days prior to commencement of the course. If a course is cancelled, those individuals already registered will be able to transfer their registration to another course, or to be issued a full refund.

Attendee Cancellation. Should an individual cancel their registration within 10 days of course commencement, a 50% registration fee will apply.

Express Interest

If there are no dates listed for a course, or you cannot attend on the advertised dates, please express your interest in a course by pressing the Express Interest button and submitting the form. We will advise you by e-mail when delivery dates are available. You will then be able to register formally for the course.

In-house Delivery

All of our courses are able to be delivered in-house at your organisation's premises, or any other location you wish to nominate. In-house courses allow maximum attendance without the additional travel costs. Courses can also be tailored to suit your specific staff development and training needs. In-house delivery is cost-effective for groups of 10 or more. To enquire about, or to request, in-house delivery for a specific course, please complete the Request In-house Course form.
